Can I change the delivery address of my order?

-If your order status appears as 'preparing' or 'not sent', you can update your address by contacting us. If your order status shows 'shipped', unfortunately we cannot change your address.

Can I add products to my order?

-Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to your order. You can place a new order and request it to be shipped at the same time if your previous order has not yet been shipped.

What is your delivery time?

-After placing your order, we deliver it to the cargo within 1 business day. After the authorized company receives your cargo, it delivers it within 1-5 business days, depending on the distance.

How can I track my cargo?

-After your order is on its way, you can see your tracking number on your order page.

Can I pick up my cargo from the branch?

-Of course, you can write the relevant cargo branch you want to receive in the address section.

How long will my cargo wait at the branch?

-Your cargo will wait at the branch for 2 business days. If not received within 2 business days it will be returned to us. In such cases, if you wish, we will resend the cargo (shipping fee will be reflected) or you will be refunded.

How can I return it, what are your return conditions?

-You can return the products you want to return to us, with the shipping fee paid by you . Otherwise, cargo will not be accepted.

-After your returned product reaches us, the necessary checks will be carried out and your refund will be made within 1-3 business days.

-You must fill out the return section on your invoice completely and sign it. Otherwise, your refund will not be made.

-The products you have purchased must be unused, undamaged and with uncut inner and outer labels.

-You can make your return within 15 days.

Do you have an installment option?

-We have an installment option for purchases made via card on our site. When you complete your order and come to the payment page, you can see our installment options.
